Getting Started #
Your Reseller or Managed Service Provider may have asked you to allow them to assist administering your tenant. Adding them as an External Admin will give them the privilege. This article provides instructions for adding External Admins in ISI Analytics. External Admins have full Admin privileges to your tenant. Before you begin, please ensure you have the following:
- Admin credentials to login to ISI Analytics
Managing External Admins #
- Login to ISI Analytics
- Navigate to Users from the navigation bar

- Click on the External Admins tab

- The list of External Admins includes the following information and actions:
- Name: First and Last Name of the External Admin
- Email: Email address of the External Admin
- Status:
- Active: The user has accepted the invitation and can login
- Pending: The user’s invite is pending. The user will need to Accept the invitation in their email
- Last Login: Date/Time the External Admin last logged in
- Action:
- Remove External Admin: Deletes the External Admin
- Resend Invitation: Resends the email invitation to the External Admin
Inviting an External Admin #
To invite an External Admin, click
. Input the Email Address of each user you’d like to invited and press Enter after each.

Deleting an External Admin #
To delete an External Admin, click the trash icon next to the user. When deleting an External Admin, you will need to input DELETE to confirm that you’d like to delete all of the External Admin’s Reports.
